I was told that I would do a first-round phone interview with a Senior Analyst. I explicitly asked if there would be any technical questions. The recruiter said there wouldn't be. I go into the phone interview and, yup, there was a technical question. Very misleading on their part. The analyst said that the technical question did not really count for anything, but why would you ask something like that if it doesn't count...?

First I received a call from a senior analyst who I went over some things on my resume with, followed by an in-person technical presentation. The process took about 4 weeks.
