A 10-20 min phone call interview:
Fairly non technical and inquiring about your background.
A 2 hour interview featuring one-on-one sections and a technical presentation.
The actual position was offered about 2-3 weeks before I received the in writing offer.
There was an initial phone interview with an engineer in which we went over my resume and focused on a couple of my past experiences that related to the position.
The follow up interview was a group interview followed by a technical presentation on a topic related to the position.
