The interview process at Metron Security felt poorly managed and unproductive. The interviewer himself did not seem well-prepared to conduct the session, which created a sense of confusion. Even after I provided correct answers, he was cross-checking them on the internet/AI in real time, which made the process feel unprofessional. In addition, the compensation they offer is quite low compared to industry standards. I’ve also come to know that working hours there are not well-defined, which raises concerns about work-life balance. Overall, the experience left me with the impression that the company lacks proper structure both in their hiring process and in their employee policies.
