HR phone interview with Generalist. That was followed by and in-person interview 1 on 1 interview. Interviewed in person with Senior HR Manager (very detailed). Followed by an interview with the owner. After about a week I received a call offering the position.

HR person asked basic interview questions. Lots of situational questions. Owner asked basic questions. Then proceeded to talk about the job itself.
