Head of UX contacted me same day after I applied on TotalJobs for an 'informal chat'. I didn't prepare much so was blindsided with a full-on intense interview with 2 people the next day. Surprisingly, made it through to a second interview - 90 minutes with presentation of previous project followed by stakeholder 'role-playing'. I spent several days preparing for the presentation and the role-playing, which turned out to be really superficial and kind of embarrassing! Didn't allow me to show skills as the interview kept saying 'OK, whatever you think!' After all the prep, I got an automated rejection email. I replied asking for feedback but never heard back. BEWARE.
