1 round interview with 3-5 interviewees. Met with the hiring manager, his supervisor, and a member from the MTA HR dept. Each interviewee asks 1-2 question each. You give your response, but you cannot ask them any questions other than to repeat their question. They have tightened up on the interview process in recent years. Questions are pretty straightforward questions, nothing to difficult. Helps to know some things about the dept you are interviewing for as those questions are fair game. After the interview, if you don't hear back from them after 6 months or longer, you're probably out the running. Job offers can take a few months to come through
