I applied in October 2017 online and had a phone interview in 3-4 weeks. Being out of town I was denied an interview for another position. 3 people were on the phone call, all technical types. One person was somewhat condescending with regards to my lack of current experience (due to job lose in the DEPRESSION of 2001-2017). The other people were ok.
