The interviews consisted of an initial screening then an in person panel interview. The panel questions were a mix of behavioral and experience based scenarios. HR recruiter never reached out to me after the interview, despite her pledge to do so. The environment seems to be heavily political with rampant nepotism. I wouldn't bother wasting time interviewing here because my experience leads me to believe that they most likely go through the motions to fill interview quotas before settling on pre-determined candidates. Extremely poor communication throughout the entire process.

Panel interview. Two interviews. Then a two week waiting period and I was offered the job. The interviews were straight forward. I thought the questions help me to explain my experience.

Interview process consist of a panel of 5 individuals. Instructions were read. Your advised of the number of questions that will be asked you and to be thorough in your answer because the panel will not ask you any follow up questions. There is no dialogue between panel and interviewer outside of the questions being posed. The interview is a score based system. Very uncomfortable and unfriendly setting.
