Mevion responded to my application submission April 8th 2026 and asked for an initial Talent acquisition interview which I responded and from them onwards until May 4th had series of interviews with several people in the company (7 interviews) culminating with an on site visit and tour of facility. Surprisingly Monday 11th Mevion informed that I was not selected and that they indicated that my qualifications and experience were not suitable. They did not mention anything specific and gave a generic reason. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Google reviews about this company had a few negative remarks and comments from various people about the culture, work life balance and that Leadership management team is chaotic. Moreover the company is funded by Chinese venture capitalists and feedback indicated that its all about Chine China China. My interview experience aligns with this rhetoric.
