Normal / average process. Application was online, received a call from a recruiter, came in for an in person interview with a recruiter, then was offered a position the following day. I asked for a higher wage (which I later found out was an acceptable amount) and was declined. I accepted and started shortly after with training.

Phone interview with recruiter, then an in-person interview. In-person interview was very easy, very little was said about the job or myself, it was mainly the boss talking about himself.
