Got call from HR. Had initial phone screening. 1st round DSA, then LLD then HLD followed by HM. All rounds were good except Hiring manager. It was technical + behavioral in HM round. I was not fully prepared for this round and HR told it will be technical mostly but that's my fault. He asked few questions which I answered and he was like can you give me more examples. After that HR called and told 1 more HM round. This time the new Manager not accepting my answer and keep on rejecting all behavioral answers. He was having 20+ YOE. They were expecting someone who is already Lead or almost ready to Lead. I told them I don't have Lead experience and they were ok to take interview. But expectations during final rounds were totally different. After final round HR ghosted and didn't replied to msg or mail. After calling she gave feedback is negative. Overall experience was good except the HM round.
