The communication is very unprofessional and even rude.
I am asked to complete a task - to analyse data and work out the best performing strategies, sellers etc, and also create new budget allocation plans, and there are a lot of other questions and a lot of work.
It is an entry-level position, but the task is definitely for a manager, as my manager in my current company is working on similar things! It requires lots of knowledge and practical experience. I have been trained in similar areas for less than a year, but still find it's difficult. I have read interview tips here before, and it proves so true, haha
The salary is 5k less than similar entry-level roles. Why are you bothered to take a manager's job but receive much less pay?

Colloquio
First stage was an easy phone screening.
Second stage was talking to the hiring manager where they asked me questions and I asked questions as well. Mainly around my experience and the role.
The final interview involved a take-home technical test which I presented to a panel first half of the interview. The second half was non-technical questions.
Overall pretty straightforward.
Clear disconnect between HR and the hiring team, I was told multiple things about the number of steps in the process and had a question go unanswered, even after asking it twice. The people that work here seem smart and relatively kind but there seems to be a communication issue and I didn't feel like a priority, especially after receiving a no reply rejection email signed by the hiring team instead of an email that I could have replied to and said thanks for letting me know. No hard feelings but there are improvements to be made
