The interview process for miami management inc. was a simple and easy one, they asked the typical questions one might expect. They are friendly in the interviews process. Interview lasted less than an hour

Met with VP of Property Management Division to discuss what possibilities there may be with the company for me. We met at their beautiful offices. I was referred to the company by a mutual friend. This was the first interview, lasting an hour while I was told they want to fill the position within 2 or 3 weeks and will need to meet with the on-site property manager. The VP left a message for the property manager making an appointment in 2 days time. The next day I received an email stating " I There was a recent development today and as such I am going to hold off on filling this position. As my business can change daily, if there is a change of heart, I will gladly call you back in".
