MP (UAE Office) has a some unprofessional team members. They have very junior recruiters with little to no experience reach out to more senior professionals. I had a couple of instances where a recruiter from MP reached out to me on LinkedIn about a vacancy which they mentioned is a good fit for my background, and if I'm interested, I shall share my resume on a given email. I did read the details shared about the role and it did in fact match my background. I updated my resume and shared it. I followed up about 10 days later, only to receive an email thanking me for my interest ad informing me that I do not have the basic requirements for the role! It was really surprising to say the least.
