I applied to the store. Got a call a week or two later. I showed up on the day of the interview. They took me to the back room and then interviewed me. They were pretty interested in my experience as an art student and offered me a job in the frame shop a couple hours later.

Easy and quick, pretty laid back process. It's an initial phone call to screen/schedule an in person interview and then the in person interview lasted about 15 minutes. Pretty conversational and standard questions.
Fast. Very friendly. Questionnaire!!!! But process goes quick. Manager is friendly and interview went fine. Super friendly conversation. Seasonal is easier to enter. After season is over it is easy to stay as a permanent employee.
