Moderate/simple interview: was asked basic questions (ex. how would people describe you in 3 words, tell me about past experience, why should I hire you instead of the next person) It went very well and was given a verbal job offer on the spot. I was asked for my SIN number and when I was available to start working. I was told to follow up by a certain date if I didn't hear back (about 2 weeks later). The day came and I called in to follow up. The person who interviewed me had no recollection of me and told me to call back in a month because that was when training would start and they would train people together. I already received another job offer and started training by then. All in all, it would have taken 2 months from applying to starting training.
