Hiring was very simple since this was a brand new store. I applied online and then went in for what I considered to be an interview. They brought 3 candidates in at a time, and simply asked when we could start and explained the job further.

Easy and quick, pretty laid back process. It's an initial phone call to screen/schedule an in person interview and then the in person interview lasted about 15 minutes. Pretty conversational and standard questions.
Fast. Very friendly. Questionnaire!!!! But process goes quick. Manager is friendly and interview went fine. Super friendly conversation. Seasonal is easier to enter. After season is over it is easy to stay as a permanent employee.
