Also how i would handle an upset customer. It's not a hard process, just remember helping customers is a very important part of michaels culture.

Done over the phone, just a simple phone screening talking with the Store Manager. It was fairly short, only around 15-20 minutes. The manager asked about experience on my resume, as well as my availability.
