Standard academic interview process. First phone interview with the search committee and second virtual onsite interview with a group of people. Waited three weeks and received a phone call from the department chair. I was offered the position and started the start up negotiation processes. This happened in March and April in 2022.

First you apply online. Then you are emailed that they would like to set up a zoom interview. They did not give out the questions before the interview. Then you interview over zoom. And then there could potentially be a job talk that you give at the university

Two-day schedule with a job talk and a few group/individual meetings with the faculty and administrators. The process was well organized and everyone was professional. And the staff is friendly too.
