I met with a panel of people from the department. It took about an hour. I was asked about my experiance, if I had looked at the department's website and social media, and what I would do in my first 90 days.

It was a short interview with the search committee (3 professors and the business manager). I was surprised they did not have someone of the same role from other department at the interview.
Overall very professional interview, asking questions related more about my work process and what I thought about their websites and social media.

First round Zoom video interview with four team members of the communications team for that department. 30-45 minutes. Interview questions about experience and commitment to university values. Each team member had interview questions.
