Asked basic questions about my resume and what interested me in the position. Very simple, general questions that did not require technical knowledge. They offered me the job directly after they were finished asking me questions and I started the job soon after the interview.

You'll get an email for an interview, they interview you in a group. You will have to take an exam that has a lot of math and grammar questions. You will have to present one of the other people in the group after interviewing each other. You will be given specific scenarios and asked how you would handle them.
