It was a two week interview process that included 2 interviews, a knowledge test, and a drug test. The knowledge test is computer based and basically lets them know if you can sell computers, parts or just be a cashier. The drug test is just like any other employer and just a redundant step if you don't dabble in that stuff anyway (don't get high when you don't have a job!). The interview is mostly to see how personable you are as most of what you are going to be doing is talking to customers to try and make sales. You can not be shy or nervous.
