Once I applied, I received an email back a few days later regarding a zoom interview. I accepted the zoom interview, where I interviewed with the recruiter. She asked basic questions about my experience, why I chose micro-tech and why I feel I’d be a good fit. She provided some information about the company and the position. Then after the interview, I received another email a few days later inviting me to an in person interview with the accounting manager as well as the controller. I accepted the interview. During the in person interview, the accounting manager and controller questioned me more thoroughly regarding my experience, asked me to provide some answers to different scenarios and then gave me a tour of the office and warehouse. They said they would get back to me within a few days. I believe it was a day or two later, I received an email offering me the position. Overall, the interview was pretty easy and flowed smoothly.
