Reached out by recruiter and had to complete interview with AI interviewer within 2 days of application. Did another interview before receiving an offer. There was around 1-2 months between the two interviews.

The first interview was an AI interview with micro1's AI interviewer Zara. This was a surprisingly pleasant experience as the AI interviewer asked questions and made connections between my skills and experiences that no human interviewer has/would. The second interview was with the Human Data Lead, and this was straightforward, direct, casual, and *chill.*

Great session with zara and assessments were good too.. Went into satisfactory interview status and waited for 30 days , unfortunately did make through.. But i'm hopeful one day i'll.
