1st time - Their TA contacted me and discussed my profile, role, and salary expectations. She then sent me an email to schedule the first round of interview. I immediately responded to the same but she never reached out again despite me following-up twice with her.
2nd time - Their TA reached out to me and asked me to send a cover letter. I responded in a timely fashion. He then asked me to visit their office in Green Park for the interview. I travelled 30+ km to give the interview in-person. No travel allowance was offered. The TA informed me that my interview went well and would send me an assignment. I asked for a few days of delay as I was travelling. He agreed to it but never sent the assignment. I followed up twice with him and once looped in even the hiring manager but I never heard anything from them.
MSC has a highly unprofessional hiring process. It was disappointing.
