I was found by a third party head hunter company and I was a great fit for MicroStrategy. I went for an in person interview with a director of professional services (consulting) and talked for 30 min. I was called a few days later with an offer.

Tests on-line. Verbal, graphs, numerical. Then couple of days later there was the interview. There was no back information after the process which is very easy to do with automated email.
