Worst experience with this company every time. They take interviews but they never give feedback even after months. Also what I heard from others is that even the work culture in this company is not that great.

Interview process is generally based on your knowledge, and communication skills...overall interactions during interviews process..Overall a very good experience. Basic ITIL questions knowledge is needed..would recommend people to go ahead with Microland
