The interview process was easy and quick. It was one to one face interview . There were few candidates. I waited for my turn. General questions were asked at first followed by few technical questions and that's it.

Interview took place on campus ,They collected all the documents of students and asked basic questions on power systems,, electric motors and generators for only boys.[ Direct HR+technical interview, there was no aptitude ] What girls went through was just an introductory interview and they said if there is any desk job available company will contact you, if they have intension of hiring male candidates alone then why to pretend as if they are hiring female candidates
