Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Micron Technology nel mese di mag 2026
Colloquio
The process started with a technical phone screen. They asked some standard background questions as well as a couple technical questions. About a week later the recruiter reached out again to schedule a panel interview.
For the panel interview itself, they asked me to prepare a 15-minute slide deck covering an introduction to myself, a deep dive into my Master's thesis/project, and why I wanted to work at Micron. Once I finished presenting, they pivoted to asking some more technical questions. They had me verbally walk through every single step of manufacturing a chip in an IC lab from start to finish. After that, they pivoted into manufacturing statistics asking a lot about DOE as well as SPC.
Interview Questions:
- What is Rayleigh's criterion?
- How does an immersion scanning system work, and what is the critical parameter you have to think about?
- Walk me through the exact step-by-step process of making a chip in a lab.
- How do you set up a Design of Experiments (DOE)?
- General questions testing my knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other stats concepts.
