All day event with multiple people walking all over the place. More technical questions during phone pre-screen then actual in person interview. They did supply lunch. Many people interviewed me that I never talked to again or since. I think they are trying to give a lot of people a chance to talk to the interviewee but they really need to let the team members that will be working with the interviewee actually do the interview.
