3 rounds of interview. 1st round is going to be your immediate boss and it is completely technical, 2nd round is going to be your M2 (Boss's boss) and it will be more strengths and weaknesses etc - time to sell yourself, 3rd round will be with the director and it's just an eye wash.

The interview experience was quite disorganized. The interviewer I met was different from the one indicated in the email, which was confusing. There was also a long waiting time both before and after the interview.
When I asked about the interview process, I did not receive a clear explanation. It eventually turned into two rounds conducted on the same day without prior notice. Overall, the lack of communication and structure gave the impression that candidates’ time was not well respected.
