The interview took around 1 hour plus. The interviewer was friendly and kept asking you question wanting to understand more about you. Questions asked normally are about you, e.g. how would you handle this situation if you are the manager?

Applied online a few days before a national org. conference. Got a call from a recruiter the day before the career fair to schedule an interview the next day. Had the interview the next day with a senior manager and it was my best interview till date!
