Went to the building by shuttle and shock to see how huge the building is. After registration went to take a logic test. Quite difficult and insufficient time. After done, all candidate went to waiting hall where they will be brought individually to the interviewee. The interviewee was nice and explain everything about the jobscope. After done went back to waiting hall. Before came for interview, already read some review in glassdoor that there will be numerous interviews before either get offer or sent off. After waiting for some time was brought again to another room. Thought will be another interview but was shocked when being offer for the position applied. It was a first for this experience. Dont know how the criteria of selection. Either already decided beforehand or interview performance.

It lasted for an hour and asked questions about self-introduction, work experience, and problem-solving experience. In particular, I asked deeply about the process experience. Also, interviewers require expertise and creativity.
