I had an incredible experience communicating and interviewing with Micron. I was in contact with two of their people the entire time and they set up a day and time convenient for me to come interview in person, after having talked on the phone a couple times. I was given a tour of the facility and areas relevant to where I'd be working, and then taken to HR to do an interview/presentation with 4 potential co-workers. Afterward I was treated to lunch in one of their cafeterias. Really great, warm, welcoming experience from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and wanted.

It’s bit hard to easy side, take time to understand the question , don’t get intimidated etc, target on contents more than unwanted topics , be more technical and show your leadership skills
