I got selected for a 1:1 interview after a recruiter forwarded my resume, and was invited to an invitation only job fair in Colorado. they got interested in my background after I narrated my experience working with remote teams and working with customers to elicit product requirements. I interviewed in Boise with the SSD group. The interview lasted ofr half a day, they were organized and courteous. Interview was a mix of a panel for technical skills, managers for process and senior management for interpersonal and inter group working skills (I guess)
