The interview was supposed to be conducted in a two-hour slot, it ended up being three interviews in three and a half hours. I had a technical round with my future colleagues, a managerial round with my future supervisor, and a surprise third round with the department head. I was mainly quizzed on my graduate project, since that was in line with the position I was applying for. Overall, nice experience. The interviewers were very interested in what I was saying, and I could feel they really wanted to hire someone, and were asking increasingly tough questions to see if they could trust me with this job.

Attended campus career fair and met recruiter. Recruiter contacted me later that day and invited me for an hour long interview the next day on campus. All questions were pertained to my behavioral skills and some past work experience. A week later I was contacted by HR to set up a phone interview which took place a week after that. Phone interview mainly pertained to my past work/internship/research experience along with some technical questions. A week later I was invited out to Boise for an on campus interview. The on campus interview consisted of 6-7 45-60 min long interviews. I was interviewed by engineers in the group during the morning and upper management in the afternoon. All interviews consisted of mostly technical questions pertaining to my course work, research, and past work/internship experience. At the end of the interviewing process I sat down with my HR representative and discussed how my day went along with health benefits, etc. It was a long day but overall a great experience. My HR representative called a week later and presented an offer.
