First 30 mins phone scanning; Second, Panel interview lasting about one hour.They sorta have a standard questionnaire sheet to ask you during my second round interview. There were actually four people, two from Singapore office, face to face, two from telephone, back in the US. Most of the questions are covered in Glassdoor interview review. There were some questions specifically regarding to the position I apply that caught me off guard. The interview lasted for one hour and I was exhausted about being pushed by four people. I felt the positive feedback from them at first, but later, I can feel the disappointment about me lack of experience. Later that day, I received a call from HR telling me I didn't pass the interview due to the lack of experience.
