Good at first, 4 steps over 2+months, but at the final interview only 1/3 of the managers showed up. The one that did was nearly 10 minutes late. The Supervisor I interviewed clearly had never even opened my Resume. She asked me if the recruiter had prepped me for an exercise we would be doing, the recruiter had not. I then fumbled through an exercise that I wasn't warned about. Then following up the recruiter completely ghosted, and I never heard back. Had to reach out to one of the managers from my 3rd interview on Linkedin to find out I didn't receive the job. An EPIC waste of time with a totally unprofessional recruiter. (Looking at you Vicki Velacion!) I called and emailed her for months with no follow up or prep.

The interview last approx 45 minutes--very basic questions tell me about a difficult situation and how did you handle , etc . I didn't get to share my successes only these one off questions through the team panel process
