Phone screening interview with HR. Phone interview with section leader. Site visit with interviews with 4 engineers and a hiring manager. They seemed to be looking for someone that was looking for team work t/s and someone that would handle a team member that wasn't pulling their weight. After the Engineers interviewed we went on a quick tour of the fabrication site.
Had two interviews, both asked a lot of technical questions involving electronic schematics and instrumentation. First interview took about 20 minutes, second interview was about an hour. Very friendly and nice people.

It was an easy interview. I just had 2 sessions. Just have some basic ideas and prepare yourself throughly with at least one of the process involved in wafer fabrication if you are looking for equipment and process side. Good luck

Fairly easy interview process when they are looking for new hires. They came to my college to recruit for internships at the company so it was easy to get in for an interview
