The process of interview is by grouped, which consist of four candidates. Several manager are present to ask the three to five questions to see how the candidates respond. The whole procedure last about an hour.

I went for the campus walk-in interviews. There were two rounds: one by the area manager and another by the hiring manager. They were very friendly, informative and willing to explain the job scope, job description and expectations. There weren't any technical questions asked but only standard interview questions were asked such as: Why should we hire you? What makes you suitable for this job? Do you know what Micron is all about? Why did you choose Micron? Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years? How do you handle conflict?
