First was a HR phone interview where general and behavioral questions were asked and position was explained, then there was a technical phone interview with some light technical questions, and then on-site interview panel after which offer was made.

It was entry level position right after college so lots of chemical engineering questions as that was what I had a BS in. There was a page of about 20 questions like whats the 3 laws of thermodynamics, describe laminar and turbulent flow, whats specific gravity, whats surface tension, what are the types of chemical reactors..
