Interview with one person for about 30 min. Every easy process, they asked simple questions. As long as you know Chinese, you will have a better getting promotion. FYI, high turn-over due to voluntary resigned or work culture differences.

Colloquio
Too many interviewer and the queations is very easy but the wuestions are not relevant to the position. Interviewer are in and out of the room you dont know if its done because they did not let you know how manybpeiple are cominhbto ask you questions. Some of them are hard to understand because some of them are chinese and can hardly speak english.
