Initial phone screening was followed by a final round of interviews with 3 senior software engineers interview back to back. The final round started off with an orientation, that other companies don't usually have, which made Microsoft stand out.

Straightforward technical loop overall, with strong interviewers at every stage. I genuinely enjoyed the in-depth conversations around technical challenges and algorithmic problem-solving — the entire process felt well-structured and genuinely engaging.
