Very laid back, didn't ask many questions, there is an emphasis on "manufacturing" recruitment which is not at all stated beforehand. For the most part felt like I was interviewing them, they didn't seem too prepared or like they cared.

First contacted by phone then was invited to go to the office in person. Was also contacted while I was on pto and they were well aware. Showed up to the interview was then interviewed 2 and a half hours. Never heard back from the company and was ghosted. Just wish the company was more transparent and professional.
