It was recruitment drive through training institute/agency where more than 40 candidates were selected for interview process from same agencies different branches.
Interview was in mumbai office, it started on time were HR given us quick review of company, it's working architecture.
First round was of aptitude test were out of 30 questions 10 questions were asked about C language.
After 2 3 days I got mail for further interview process.
Out of more than 40 candidates only 5 were selected.
It was 1:1 Interview with manager.
First 2 candidates were come back within 20 mins, but my interview was more than
45 min.
Initially employeer asked me about
Myself, my hobbies etc. Then he took my aptitude answer key and started asking me to explain those answers about c language. I still remember i wrote wrong answer to bitwise operation in written test.
Glad I checked it at home so when he asked me about it i answer him currently in Interview, he impressed with my attitude and said we need same canditates like you who can resolve there mistake in shortime.
He given me some tricky c program to solve like swapping,string operation without special methods.
Out of 10 11 questions i answer nearby 7 8.
Then he asked some general questions like is this place ok for you to get daily, how can you travel daily basis.
At the end we both were satisfied and happy with that 1:1 session.
After my interview there were 2 more candidates were left and they call for lunch break.
Here I get casual and I help one candidate
with all Interview question he asked me.
I given him all answer which i find during Interview process. Helped him to get better answers through net.
I still remember his interview was of 20min long.
When he come back, he said employeer asked me same question like u and glad you helped me.
We both were happy and i was hoping to get placed in my first interview, but then HR came and said we hv only one vacancy and we got our candidate. She named that guy whom I helped all the way and said rest can leave, thank you.
There was no one to blame rather than me that time..
JUST TO SAY, GUYS IN INTERVIEW PROCESS DON'T GET CASUAL LIKE ME UNTIL YOU GET FINAL CALL. It was my first interview and i failed it outside of interview process.

first is aptitude if you clear the aptitude then next round is technical interview and HR interview. there are two two technical interview round. if cleared first technical interview round then you appear for final round which is also technical round.
