Multiple behavioral rounds with one technical interview analyzing a financial statements. Process moves quickly you will speak with multiple levels and then analyze a company’s financial statements and give feedback on the company. Everyone very nice and willing to talk about the different positions.

Applied through university career center. Had an on-campus interview with an analyst and the CEO. Both were painfully awkward and did not make me want to work at the firm at all. I received an invitation to a second round interview in Bethesda but declined.
