The interview process was very disorganized and unprofessional. Within five minutes, I knew that this was not a great work environment or culture. The first interview was in-person - no phone or video call beforehand. This is a post pandemic world. Scheduling a 30-minute video call before an in person meeting, saves everyone time and energy.
