They mostly asked about goals, and how I would handle different situations pertaining to procedures and customer service.
Initial phone interview lasted about an hour. The recruiter was very friendly and asked questions based on past job experience that was relevant to the position. This was followed up by an in person interview that lasted a little over an hour. Again, the interviewer was very friendly and it felt more like a general conversation than a stressful interview like most experiences I've had.
