Interviewed three different people, waited two weeks, finally talked to the DM and was hired the following week. Asked what i wanted, he was a straight shooter. Told me what was going on in the shop, and told me what he could offer.

Laid back with mid management was very fast as the need for mechanics is fairly high, been here a while and it's understandable why the turnover rate is so high with this company your either a lifer or this is just a stepping stone
