First interview was a phone interview. Followed up from the phone interview I was sent an assessment to complete. The assessment contained many questions on how you would handle stuff in the field. After that a zoom interview was scheduled.

Had initial interview after they reached out on Indeed. Was asked to take an assessment, then had a follow-up with original interviewer and three additional interviewers. After that they asked me to do a working interview, where I essentially shadowed another engineer. After that I was made an offer (below asking). I countered with a fair offer, but was willing to continue negotiating. I never heard anything back after that. I felt that all interviews up to this point had gone very well, and was looking forward to hearing what their counter would be, but heard absolutely nothing. I would have been totally fine with them rejecting my offer, and would have moved on. Instead I reached out several times, and they just couldn't bother to respond. Completely unprofessional in my opinion. All it would have taken was a reply. Watch out for this company.
